Food Truck Park Downtown

Food truck park opened downtown. Counted twelve trucks. Everything from tacos to Thai to some kind of fusion thing I still don’t understand.

Got the brisket tacos. Meat was smoky, salsa had actual heat. Sat on a picnic bench and watched people struggle with their choices.

That’s the thing about too many options. You end up paralyzed or you just pick the one with the shortest line.
