Tried the new ramen place on Fifth. Line out the door at 11am. Worth it? Mostly.
The tonkotsu broth was solid. Rich but not heavy. Noodles had good chew. Pork belly could have been crispier but I’m being picky.
Fifteen bucks for a bowl feels steep until you realize you won’t need dinner.
