Grandmother Meatball Recipe

Made my grandmother’s meatball recipe last night. The one she never actually wrote down.

Called three aunts to piece it together. Each one swore their version was right. They all added different things.

Ended up using a bit of each. Turned out pretty close. Close enough anyway.
